Refund Policy

All of our pieces are handmade, so natural variations in colour, pattern and size are part of their character. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns for minor irregularities.

If you’re unhappy with your order for any other reason, we’re happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 28 working days of purchase and return the item to us unused, in its original condition, and at your own cost. Email support@elsies-daughters.com to let us know you’d like to make a return.

Bespoke or made-to-order items including fabric can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. We cannot accept returns of partially cut or measured lengths of fabric or wallpaper from your original order.

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Any faults or defects must be reported to us in writing within 5 working days of delivery so we can offer a replacement or refund. We cannot be held responsible for issues reported after this period.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless items are faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 5 days of receiving your returned goods. If we’ve confirmed that an item was faulty or incorrect, we will also reimburse the return postage cost.

Liability

All goods are supplied by Elsie’s Daughters on the understanding that our liability for any fault or defect whether relating to quality, condition, description or suitability is limited to the original purchase price of the item. Please ensure your order is correct before further processing or passing items on to a third party.
