I’ve always loved trees, and Under The Oak was inspired by the simple pleasure of sitting beneath an old oak, looking up at its leaves and branches. I wanted to capture some of that feeling in the design, with hand-painted oak leaves and acorns arranged with delicate flourishes over a subtle polka dot ground.
The soft, earthy palette takes its cue from the colours of early autumn, bringing warmth without overpowering a space. I think it works particularly well in cosy bedrooms, country kitchens and welcoming hallways.
Fabrics are hand-drawn by Isabel and printed in the UK on 100% natural fabrics.
